gained 10LBS
So today is my first day blogging. I decided to do this because i recently moved and have no one to really talk to about anything. I tend to over eat when i am stressed and have nothing to do. And since I'm usually doing nothing i have put 10 LBS in just 4 weeks. I don't know what to do. I made myself throw up today but the problem was that even after i made myself throw up i still ate twice after that. I wanted to go to the gym but NO instead i went and ate 6 cookies chocolate milk chicken sandwich and the list goes on. I have ulcers so throwing up and eating a whole bunch of food barely chewing it makes me get these horrible rotten egg burps that naturally make me throw up. This has been going for a while though. Now at the moment i have a huge stomach ache and i don't know if i should just make myself throw up again to relieve the stomach ache and to feel better about how many fats and calories i have ate today...most likely is that i will forge myself to throw up but that is why i am here to prevent myself from doing it by keeping myself busy. I have decided to start a diet to make me feel better but i will probably first cleanse my system out by this week eating NOTHING but green tea. wish me luck with this whole week because i am going for it.
